2.) Do you consider the main toppics of your songs to be beer, money, and women? if not what do you consider them to be? alot of our songs lately have just been about music. for example, the title 'never enough neck' came from running out of room on the guitar neck as we were writing the song. 'hats of to music' is just a celebration of music. 3.) In your liner notes you include a detailed list of every piece of equipment you use. Do you speend a lot of time reserching equipment or have you acrued this knowledge from years of playing in bands? i cover the studio equipment and tim and josh cover the instruments. i don't know alot about guitars and amps but they do. i research alot of older equipment and do some modifications on the stuff i get. 4.) What do you think of emo boys? they're ok as long as i don't have to hear about them. 5.) What can we expect from the second Transe Champs album? Do you know when it will be released? you can expect it to be really good but take forever to come out- at least that's how the first one was. i love that record and we definitely want to do another, but everyone's so busy, so it'll be a while. 6.) What do you think about the terms: Hesher, Butt Rocker, Dungeons and Dragons Metal and heavy math metal? they are all words that sound funny. 7.) What future plans do you have as far as engineering? oh, you know, just recording more bands and stuff. i just got back from iceland where i was recording a band called graveslime. i'm gonna mix that here, when i find the time. 8.) What albums have been recorded at Louder Studios there's too many to list here. i've been in this spot for 4 years. some bands include: melvins, drunk horse, cherry valence, bozart, pleasure forever, last of the juanitas, hammerlock, federation x, sebadoh, altamont, tristeza, the lies. 9.) Which shows had/have more drunks rocking the fuck out bu themselves, Nation of Ulyses or the Fucking Champs? probably the champs. 10.) Have you guys ever thought about giving guitar lessons? If not why? i could'nt do it becuase i don't know much about the technical side of playing; like notes and stuff. i really can't think about what i'm playing or i'll fuck it up. it's just automatic. i have no idea how our songs go unless i'm actually playing them. if i had a student i'd be like, 'i don't know- just play, dumbass.' i think tim or josh could be good teachers though.
